Whenbound is run by Emir Palabiyik. This page explains what information we handle and why.
When you use the form on this site or email us, we receive your name, work email, company website and anything you write about who you sell to. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare your sample or service. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone else.
Our lists contain business information about companies and the people who make decisions at them: name, job title, company, work email and public signals such as job postings or funding news. This comes from publicly available sources and data providers. We use it only to help our clients reach the right businesses at the right time.
Email hello@whenbound.com with the address you want removed. We’ll delete it from our records and add it to a suppression list so it isn’t delivered to any client again.
This site doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
Messages and form submissions are kept as long as needed to work with you, and deleted on request. Delivered lists are kept so we never send a client the same company twice.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@whenbound.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
