Whenbound

Terms of service

Last updated: October 9, 2026

These terms apply when you use whenbound.com or buy a Whenbound service. By requesting a sample or paying for a plan, you agree to them.

What we provide

Whenbound delivers lists of companies showing recent buying signals, with decision-maker contact details and suggested opening lines. Samples are free and come with no obligation.

Payment and cancellation

Pilots are paid upfront. The weekly plan is billed monthly and continues until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date by emailing hello@whenbound.com; you won’t be charged again. Fees already paid are not refunded, except as described in the bounce guarantee.

Bounce guarantee

Emails we mark as verified are checked before delivery. If one bounces, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace that lead at no cost. Addresses marked as catch-all are not covered.

How you use the lists

You’re responsible for how you contact the people in your lists and for following the laws that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM in the US and GDPR in the EU and UK. That includes identifying yourself honestly and honoring opt-out requests. Don’t resell or publish the lists.

No guaranteed results

We work to deliver accurate, timely leads, but we can’t guarantee replies, meetings or sales.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects an active plan, we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect.
